KCABs case example:

Client going bankrupt as rents home, divorcing and has no assets. Her debts total £85,000 and are mostly loans and store cards. She was self employed as well as an employee, but her employer left the country owing client significant amount of wages, and there is now no prospect of her recovering these. Client has literacy problems and is also very volatile, she has 19 creditors and often has arguments with them and gets very distressed by this. She is also sometimes rude to her adviser, due to the high emotional charge the situation holds for her.
