The telephone assessor will take you through an initial assessment to determine the best way in which we can help you. This might be through
• Providing you with information such as factsheets or leaflets
• Directing or transferring you to another service
• Referring you to an adviser if your enquiry is complex
• Or referring you to a specialist service either here at the bureau or with a partner agency
There is a high demand for our service and we receive most of our calls at the beginning of each session between 10 and 11 am.
