We have a computer for client use in our information room. Clients are able to access selected internet sites such as Adviceguide, DirectGov, Department of Work and Pensions, Shelter and National Debtline to look for information.
If English is not your first language, we may be able to ask an interpreter from Kingston Interpreting Service to help us to understand your problem. It would help us to help you if you can bring a friend to translate for you when you first contact us, so that we can be sure that we can offer you the help that you need.
Please note we close the reception at 1pm on Fridays in the School Holidays due to staff shortages.
